Have you ever wondered why your business users did not embrace or adopt the new system and workflows that were implemented? The project was delivered on time, on budget with good quality but the user adoption was considerably lower than desired. Many organizations spend much of their energy & budget on developing or integrating a technology system but find the business uptake is not what was anticipated. This session will talk about assessing organizational readiness and how IT can impact the effectiveness of business adoption.

Presenter: Carol Lesage is a seasoned professional from Pyxis Consulting with over 20 years of experience in multiple business domains.
